By Purchasing online from homesick.com.au you agree to the following:

 

1. DVD REGIONS

By purchasing DVDs from Homesick.com.au you acknowledge that you understand that the Region 4 DVDs sold on our website are formatted to play in Region 4 DVD players (these DVD players are standard in Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South America, Central America, Pacific Islands and Caribbean). To play a Region 4 DVD outside one of these countries requires a multi-regioned (or multi-zoned) DVD player.

If you are in North America you also understand that our DVDs are PAL format, so even if you purchase a Zone 0 DVD you understand that either your television set or DVD player must be PAL compatible.

DVDs cannot be returned once opened from wrapper.


2. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed.

Orders are usually dispatched the next business day - (except on weekends and Victorian public holidays) - In some cases orders can be dispatched on the same day if placed early enough. Occasionally if a product is out of stock or on backorder, dispatch may take a couple of extra days. If your order is going to take more than a week to dispatch we will contact you via email asap to let you know.

International delivery times vary greatly, depending on the destination country. Most packages take between 7-14 working days from the time of dispatch to arrive, but for some countries deliveries can take up to 28 days. Despite the fact that 99.9% of all orders reach their international destinations within the time frame we suggest, the nature of international delivery prevents us from guaranteeing a specific time. 3. CANCELLING/CHANGING ORDERS

As orders are usually dispatched at midday, if you email us before this time we are able to cancel your order, but after this time we cannot. If we have already shipped your order, once you receive your products, you can send them back to us, and as long as they are in the orignal condition and packaging and we will refund you you the cost of the product.


4. SUPPLY OF CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please remember to enter the correct delivery address when placing an order. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you submit your order, please review this and advise us immediately if any details need changing.

If an order has been returned to us because an incorrect address was given, we will gladly resend it, but there will be a delivery charge to send it out again.


5. FOOD ORDERS

4. If you are not Australian and purchase Australian food out curiousity we do not refund money because it didn't taste like you thought it would. Food items such as Vegemite are an acquried taste and WILL taste bitter to the non-Australian. (Also remember that the expiry date on the food packaging is formatted dd/mm/yy i.e. an item of food that states the expiry date as 05/12/05 means that the item will expire on the 5th December 2005 AND NOT the 12th May 2005.)
