HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?Our delivery rates are great value, and because our business has
dealt primarily with global deliveries for the last four years,
you'll find our international delivery rates are lowest around. We have three different delivery rates:
1. INTERNATIONAL - AUSTRALIA POST PRIORITY AIR MAIL For any delivery outside of Australia, we charge a base fee of $5.95 AUD. An additional fee may, or may not be added, depending on the type of products ordered, and the weight and volume of those items. Many products, such as DVDs and CD, have NO additional charges. This means if you ordered five DVDs and six CDs, you would only pay $5.95 AUD for delivery anywhere in the world. A product such as a T-Shirt has an additional delivery fee of $2.00 AUD, so if you ordered one T-Shirt , you would pay a total delivery fee of $7.95 AUD ($5.95 + $2.00). If you placed an order for two T-Shirts, five CDs and six CDs for delivery to Sweden - You would only pay $9.95 AUD for delivery - because CDs and DVDs have no additional delivery charges. Listed in these details is the product delivery fee (if one exists) which is added to the base international delivery fee of $5.95 AUD.
For delivery anywhere in Australia: we charge a base fee of $2.95 AUD, and just like with international deliveries, additional fees are added depending on what kind of products are ordered. (For domestic delivery - additional product fees are less than for international delivery) Just like with international delivery, many products such as DVDs and CDs still have NO additional charges- So if you ordered five DVDs and six CDs, all you would pay is $2.95 AUD for delivery anywhere in Australia. A product such as a T-Shirt has an additional fee of $1.00 AUD so if you placed an order for two T-Shirts, five CDs and six CDs for delivery to Broome - You would only pay $4.95 AUD for delivery. Listed in the details of every product page is the additional delivery costs to which are added to the base domestic delivery fee of $2.95 AUD.
2. DOMESTIC COURIER - FLAT FEE For a flat fee of only $10.95 AUD you can have your order delivered to you by courier anywhere in Australia. There are no additional charges for any of the products - you pay a one off delivery charge of $10.95 AUD. Wether you buy 23 DVDs or only one CD, the delivery cost remains the same - $10.95 AUD anywhere in Australia. (*Some food items and books are exempt from this price). Please note that couriers cannot deliver to a post office box. You need to supply an address where someone can sign to receive the delivery.
