The security of customer information is of the highest importance to us. We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We value your trust very highly, and protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us.

Information Security

All online payments are processed by Westpac through a secure payment gateway using 128bit encryption. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.

Please note we do not store any credit card details. For security reasons these go directly to Westpac who will process the transaction.

Verification

Because we are one of the few online shopping stores that specialises in international delivery, we often take extra steps in verifying that orders are legitimate.

If you are based outside of Australia, and are a first time customer please do not not be offended if we ask for further identification. We do this randomly with all new international customers and we will almost always do this to new customers placing orders from African and East European countries.
