DVDs
Unless specifically stated almost all of our DVDs are formatted
in PAL and encoded for Region 4 - The zone for DVD players
in South America, New Zealand and Australia only.
If you have purchased your DVD player outside of this
region make sure it is a Multi-Zoned DVD player before you purchase
a DVD.
We do sell a selected number of MULTI- ZONED DVDS (It will be stated
in the product details), and you can play the disc providing your
player and television are both PAL compatible.
R0 - Region All, meaning that they are compatible in all regions.
R1 - Canada, United States and its Territories
R2 - Japan, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East (PAL)
R3 - Southeast Asia and East Asia(PAL)
R4 - Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, &South America

Food Products
Why are some Australian food products sold only in packages?
This is primarily for the benefit of our international customers.
Ready-made packages are more convenient to order, and they can be
packaged more securely, and dispatched more quickly.
There are also specific size and weight parcels that are delivered
faster overseas, and so our packages fall within these categories.
In rare situations, when a certain product within a package is temporarily
unavailable, it may be substituted by a similar product of equal
or greater value.
There are several considerations which guide our decisions to stock
certain food items. These include:
Perishability - Ensuring that the product has
sufficient shelf life, is non-perishable, and not fragile, able
to withstand international delivery.
Price - There are some items, particularly heavy
and bulky items, where the cost of shipping would exceed the cost
of the item by too much to make purchasing worthwhile.
Popularity - To ensure frequent turnover and therefore
freshness of products our current range is made up of items that
have proven popular with customers, or have been included by popular
demand.
We sometimes receive requests from customers who can't find a particular
product they may like to order. Unfortunately we are not able to
assist with special orders.
We value the feedback and suggestions we receive from our customers
concerning products and investigate availability and where possible,
range the product in our store. From time to time we also often
offer specials of “non-standard” products for a limited
time. If a particular item proves overwhelmingly popular, then we
do look at stocking it on an ongoing basis.
Clothing
When we run out of stock of a certain product or size of clothing
we usually remove it from the website straight away. When we get
the item back in stock we put it online again - so if a size item
is not there today, check back, it may be there next week. This
company practice assures our customers that "if you've
ordered something- it's on it's way".
(On rare occasions when multiple customers order the same product
simultaneously, which does not allow for the website to be updated
in time – we will let you know straight away.)
Packaging
We guarantee that all our products will arriveto their destination
in good shape.

However due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot assume
responsibility for the quality of chocolates that are delivered
to hotter climate countries. (i.e. South East Asian and Middle Eastern
countries).
