PAYMENT INFORMATION

All purchases are charged in Australian Dollars, so if you are ordering with a non-Australian credit card, your purchase will be automatically converted to your local currency on the date of purchase.

For the convenience of international customers, we also offer the option of display the (approximate) price in various currencies for both the products and shipping. You may select this option at anytime while shopping by selecting the "Change Currency" button at the top right of the screen.

Payment methods

We accept online payments using the following credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express.

Orders can be placed by phone, fax or mail.

Australian Cheques and Money Orders are accepted with phone, fax or mail orders.

Information Security

All online payments are processed by Westpac through a secure payment gateway using 128bit encryption. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.

Please note we do not store any credit card details. For security reasons these go directly to Westpac who will process the transaction.

Privacy

The security of customer information is of the highest importance to us. We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We value your trust very highly, and will work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us

Reciepts

You will actually recieve two receipts. Firstly, upon completion of your order, you will be automatically directed to an online receipt, which you can easily print, or save on your computer for future reference. You will also receive an order confirmation sent by email to the email address you entered when you placed your order, usually within an hour of making your purchase. If you need a tax invoice showing GST for your records please let us know.

GST

The prices displayed in our online store are inclusive of GST for orders that are delivered within Australia. If your order is being delivered overseas, the price of your goods does not include GST, however it does include the additional costs incurred to ensure that your order is appropriately packaged and includes the correctly completed accompanying documentation for international deliveries.
