GETTING STARTED
1. Locating Products
If it’s your first visit to Homesick.com.au, you may wish
to start by browsing through the store using the category menus
at the top and left hand side.

If you’re on the hunt for a specific item, the quickest way
to find a product is by using the product search facility which
can be found on the home page in the top right corner.
2. Viewing Products
When browsing you may add items to your Shopping Cart at
anytime, by clicking the "Add to Cart"
button .

OR if you are interested in a product but want
more information about it you can simply click on the picture and
you will be taken to another page which provides more information
on the product.
3. Your Shopping Cart
Each time you use the "Add to Cart" button,
you will automatically be routed to the "Shopping Cart"
summary screen where you can review your order.

Just keep in mind that if you leave your shopping session inactive
for an extened period it may time out, if you have not saved
your order you may need to re-select your products so remember to save your cart regularly!.
At any time you may view your shopping cart and confirm your order.
At this stageyou can advise us of your gift wrapping requirements.
4. Finalising your Purchase
When you have completed your shopping and are satisfied
with the products and quantities in your cart, you then select
“Checkout”.
You can “Checkout”, from any page in the store -
Simply click the "Checkout" button that is displayed on
every page of homesick.com.au.

Now just fill in the details as prompted and remember to select your peferred delivery method.

5. PAYING BY PHONE, FAX OR POST
Placing your order online is the quickest way to order. However
if you are having difficulties or prefer not to order online, orders can be placed by phone, fax
or mail.
During the checkout process a link will be displayed which will allow you to print out your order, when printed contact us by mail, fax or post with your payment details.

AUSTRALIAN Cheques and Money Orders are accepted
for all orders by phone, fax or post or online. If you do place an order online but prefer to pay via one of these methods please e-mail us to advise. Unforunaely we cannot accept international cheques.
6. Confirming your order
When you have completed the checkout process online, you will automatically
receive an email confirmation from Homesick.com.au, detailing your order details and advising you of your order number. Please check this confirmation to confirm that the shipping details are correct and if they are not please reply to the e-mail with the correct details and we will amend them for you prior to despatch.
7. What happens if I want to make changes to my order?
We will make every effort possible to amend your order provided it hasn't been despatched. Should you wish to change your order, please
e-mail our customer service consultants shop@homesick.com.au
and ensure that you include your order number so we can track your request.
8. Can I also place an order by fax?
Yes. There is an option during check out that will enable
you to print out your order and fax it to us.
9. What is your policy for returning items?
Customer satisfaction is our priority and if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately. Defective or damaged items may
be returned as long as they are still in original condition
and packaging. It is essential that you advise us prior to returning items and we will provide you with a returns number which should be including in the packaging when sending items back. All returns must be marked with a valid Homesick returns number. Items will be replaced with the same item purchased or in situations where a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered. Please note, according to our Terms and
Conditions we are unable to offer refunds for DVDs or CD's that have been
opened.
