HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?Our delivery rates are highly competitive because we specialise in international deliveries so you will be hard pressed to find a better delivery service. We have a variety of delivery options available:
For all deliveries we charge a base delivery fee depending on the type of Delivery selected at checkout. In some cases an additional fee may apply depending on the type or weight of product ordered. DVDs and CD incur NO additional charges. This means if you ordered five DVDs and six CDs, you pay the flat rate fee depending on the delivery method choses at checkout. Other products like Books and some clothing will incur an additional charge on top of the base delivery fee to account for the additional weight or packing requirements. These additional charges are detailed on the products information page and if in doubt you can contact us to clarify delivery pricing. 1. INTERNATIONAL - AUSTRALIA POST PRIORITY AIR MAIL Our Standard Option for International deliveries is Australia Post Priority Air Mail. This service does not allow tracking of parcels or signature on delivery and delivery times vary greatly from country to country. For this service we charge a base fee of $5.95 AUD. In some cases as detailed above we charge a product specific fee in addition to the base delivery fee which is shown on the product details page. So if the product is advertised as having an additional delivery fee of $4 then the total charge for international delivery of this item will be $9.95. If multiple items are selected the base fee is only charged once so if you order two items with additional delivery fees of $4 and $6 you will be charged $15.95 for delivery. For this service we charge a base fee of $7.95 AUD. In some cases (as detailed in general delivery information above) we charge a product specific fee in addition to the base delivery fee which is shown on the product details page. So if the product is advertised as having an additional delivery fee of $4 then the total charge for domestic express post of this item will be $11.95. If multiple items are selected the base fee is only charged once so if you order two items with additional delivery fees of $4 and $6 you will be charged $17.95 for delivery. Additional charges for products sent locally are half the cost of International charges. We offer the option of Domestic Express Post as a more secure way to send domestic orders. Express Post offers next business day delivery to a number of street addresses and post office boxes within Australia. Note that not all destinations in Australia are covered by the next business day promise. For this service we charge a base fee of $7.95 AUD. So if the product is advertised as having an additional delivery fee of $4 then the total charge for domestic express post of this item will be $11.95. It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.*
