CAN I HAVE PRODUCTS GIFT WRAPPED?

With the exception of food items, we offer a gift wrapping option on almost all the products we sell. We do sell food gift boxes that are immaculately presented and suitable for giving as a gift, but we do not gift wrap other food items. These items are not 'wrappable'.

You have four options when buying for someone else:

OPTION 1 - AUD $6.95. Have all the 'wrappable' products you have purchased gift wrapped AND have a greeting card sent with your own personal message.

OPTION 2. - AUD $4.50. Have all the 'wrappable' products you have purchased gift wrapped without having a greeting card sent.

OPTION 3. - AUD $4.50. Have a greeting card sent with your own personal message, but no products are gift wrapped.

OPTION 4 - FREE. Simply add your own personal message during the checkout process and it will be included on a packing slip with the goods.

HOW DO I HAVE THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED GIFT WRAPPED?

STEP 1. ORDERING GIFT WRAP OPTION
During the checkout process (or any time you "View Cart") you will be asked if you would like to include a gift wrap, card, or free packing slip message with your order. Simply choose the option you would like and it will be added to your shopping cart.

The prices are as follows:
Gift Wrap & Card - $A 6.95
Gift Wrap Only - $A 4.50
Card Only - $A 4.50
Packing Slip Message Only - Free

STEP 2. ADDING YOUR PERSONAL MESSAGE
During the checkout process you will come to page where you will need to enter your details. It is here where you enter a personal message to to the gift recipient.

A card or free packing slip message (up to 180 characters) can be sent with any order. Please ensure that your message is 180 characters or less, otherwise we will not receive your complete message.

WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE GIFT WRAPPED?

There are three categories of products:
1. Products that can be gift wrapped
2. Products that cannot be gift wrapped
3. Products that do not require gift wrapped as they already come presented in a gift box.

The food products that cannot be wrapped are clearly marked in the product details:

Other products already come gift wrapped so there is no need to pay for the gift wrap option. Simply add your personal message while checking out and it will be added to a greeting card.

If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and your card will be included in one of your packages. If you have selected the gift wrap option, it will apply to all “wrappable” products in your order.
